Signs of Spring

A springy wreath on the front door,

hydrangeas coming to life,

garden ornaments (and weeds waiting to be pulled),

bright new nail polish colors,

sandals on my feet,

sunglasses on my face,

and beautiful little blooms popping out from everywhere.

My weekend, in photos

We woke up Saturday morning to the prettiest scene outside; big, fluffy snowflakes falling ever so gently to the ground. I could have stayed in my pajamas, sipped my coffee, and watched it all day (which I sometimes do anyways), but it eventually stopped and I was forced to put on grown-up clothes and get on with my day.

I played with our dogs,

and snapped some photos around our place.

Oh, and I guess there was some important football game going on yesterday? I sorta watched that, just kind of, well maybe not really at all.

Sunny Snow

Have you ever taken a walk on a sunny day with fresh snow on the ground? Well, you should. It's like walking on a beach (no bikinis though) but instead of sand, it's millions of tiny diamonds sparkling like there's no tomorrow.

I know some people hate the snow, but on a day like this I just can't imagine why.

Reality Check

Tomorrow may be the first day of April...

...but it's still Ohio. Not really what I wanted to see outside my window this morning, but beautiful nonetheless.
